What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

Your role involves welcoming customers, operating tills, merchandising, stock replenishment and sharing deals. You’ll learn customer care, drive sales and ensure store standards at every step.

As a visible team player, you’ll also help smash store targets, promote exclusive offers and contribute to a friendly environment. Training and mentoring are ongoing throughout the 12-month apprenticeship.

There’s no homework or college days, and all learning takes place in-store. By the end, you’ll undergo a practical assessment and team discussion to qualify with a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship certificate.
