You will ensure the accuracy of warehouse documentation like bin card records, invoices, and release documentation, supporting robust warehouse process flows.
The Warehouse Officer is expected to collaborate closely with production, procurement, and quality control teams, ensuring smooth and timely stock movement.
Regular preparation and sharing of stock reports are required, as is participation in monthly and annual stocktaking exercises for optimal operational checks.
Your focus will also be on enforcing FIFO and FEFO principles, reducing waste, and maintaining clean and safe warehouse standards throughout your shift.
