Responsibilities and Daily Duties
The Warehouse Operative – Counterbalance FLT Driver role involves using a forklift to pick and repack products with efficiency and accuracy. This includes scanning and lifting items onto pallets while adhering to health and safety standards.
Your daily schedule will rotate between three different shifts, ensuring a balance between early mornings and nights. You will work closely with your team and report directly to a line manager.
Other main tasks include accurate labelling, checking stock, and assisting with inventory control. Maintaining cleanliness is an ongoing expectation throughout your shift.
You will also support reaching production targets and sometimes perform manual handling. Adaptability and teamwork are key in this collaborative industrial setting.
FLT Counterbalance experience is a must, while LLOP experience is a helpful bonus. Strong attention to detail and a positive approach will help you succeed.
