The Warehouse Trainer role comes with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour along with a weekly £30 trainer supplement. Within this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new starters, ensuring their paperwork is accurate, delivering business inductions, and supporting their first few weeks. You will maintain the training matrix, update training logs, and provide ongoing refresher sessions as required. Furthermore, you will regularly support Health & Safety meetings and assessments.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
On a daily basis, you will deliver both group and one-to-one inductions, making sure every new team member understands their responsibilities. You’ll check that paperwork is complete and up to standard, provide mentoring, and help with compliance reporting.
A strong focus is placed on Health & Safety, so you’ll be participating in regular risk assessments and supporting any retraining following accident investigations. The role also involves conducting safety sweeps and contributing updates for management.
