What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
The Bilingual Junior Loan Officer manages loan files, reviews documents, and communicates with clients, loan teams, and realtors. You’ll pull credit, review income and assets, and clear pending conditions.
Daily tasks involve collecting and verifying information, handling both English and Spanish conversations, and scheduling appointments for clients and realtors. Customer service is a key priority.
You are the primary contact for borrowers, helping Loan Originators keep files organized and complete. This position also requires you to promptly handle discrepancies and ensure everything is ready for closing.
Tracking all requested documents in the Encompass system helps keep your workflow smooth and efficient. You’ll also submit applications and run necessary system checks.
Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work closely with Loan Originators to resolve issues, maintain compliance, and provide excellent experience to all parties involved.
