Fundwell is looking for a talented Head of Partnerships ready to make a significant impact in fintech. This full-time, on-site role offers excellent compensation between $160K-$220K with equity. Role and Key Responsibilities
This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying and managing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day, expect to define roadmaps, negotiate deals, and manage performance metrics. You’ll develop strategies with sales and marketing teams, oversee go-to-market plans, and represent Fundwell at industry events.
The Head of Partnerships will also nurture relationships with existing partners. You’ll regularly report on KPIs, partner-generated revenue, and present data-backed recommendations to the leadership team for ongoing improvements.
To excel here, robust business development experience in a B2B SaaS setting, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships are key. An MBA is preferred, highlighting the seniority and professional standards of the position.
You’ll be challenged to drive both incremental revenue and business expansion through alliances, with a clear path to contribute as a senior thought leader in the partnership space.
